With over 15 years of consolidated cross industry experience in Highway, Construction and Mining, Malvern Nyacusengua the founder and owner of MT&N LUZ DA ESTRELA COMMERCIAL E.I , Graduated in year 2008 started his career journey as the 1st junior service engineer who helped to start up Cummins Inc in Mozambique in year 2012 During his time with Cummins Inc he rose from position of Junior service engineer, Technical lead ,Senior Technical Service Support Specialist ( Cummins Factory representative in Mozambique ) to the Position of High Horsepower Mine Manager, Through his excellent management skills saw the growth of the business from a project based company principally supporting Vale Mine now Vulcan to a distributor branch in 2017 during his period with Cummins Inc he managed to train over 18 mechanics to highly qualified Cummins skilled technicians. Malvern is a self driven individual with great passion for highly functional internal control environments. In 2021 Cummins Mozambique changed its module of strategy and operations , in order to increase its footprint more effectively around the country MT&N LUZ DA ESTRELA COMMERCIAL was formed to create an interface between our manufacturers and the end users
