PERFORM CONVERSION OF PCC3201 TO DEEPSEA CONTROLLER 8620 FOR YOUR CUMMINS ENGINE MODEL: QSK60 WITH ESN: 25281468

A.) SCOPE OF WORKS (ENGINE)

1. Parts preparation and mobilization.
2. Coordinate with customer for the access, safety and related permits needed prior to work.
3. Isolate the unit from the existing system.
4. Perform installation of new GCS and harnesses
5. Start up unit and monitor engine parameters
6. Prepare and submit the on-site service report.
7. Cleaning the working area and demobilization. 

B.) SCOPE OF WORKS (CONTROLLER)

1. Pull out/diassembly of existing PCC3201 controller
2. Supply of tools, materials, parts, expertise for conversion/installation of deepsea 8620 controller
3. Perform re-wirings/adoptation/cabling of newly supplied Deepsea controller 8620 and accessories
4. Perform supply and installation of Oil pressure & Water temperature sender for Deepsea unit
5. Perform supply and installation of Auto Voltage Regulator suitable for the main alternator
6. Perform set up of Deepsea controller, testing and commissioning
7. Perform Programing and tuning.
